Product Warranties
Laptops and Desktops are covered by a 6 month warranty¹.  PC Exchange will repair or replace, at our option, your system if it is found to be defective within the warranty period.
¹This warranty will be void in cases of misuse, abuse or neglect.
ALL other items, including monitors, speakers, printers and accessories are NOT covered by this warranty.*
*NEW, RETAIL BOXED products may carry a manufacturer's warranty.

Software Warranties

Software may carry a manufacturer's warranty. Open source and freeware software has no warranty.

Service Warranties

PCExchange warranties its service up to 30 days. Any problems caused or related to virus or malware will not be covered by this warranty.

PCExchange warranties Tune-ups based on virus definitions up on the date of the service, we recognize that some virus or malware may not be found, cleaned or removed because of that.
